The chargesheet is filed against accused no.1 Hamid Yusuf
Bobada, accused no.2 Shehzad Hamid Bobada and accused no.3 Fahad
Mohd. Hamid Bobada for the offences punishable under Sections 354
(A), 509, 323 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. However, the Hon'ble
High Court of Judicature at Bombay, pleased to quash and setaside the
said case under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code by an order in
Criminal Writ Petition No. 3151 of 2021 decided on dated 24th January,
2023. Hence, the case is hereby disposed off as closed.
