ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH1
Perused the record. It appears that the case is for filing
affidavit of evidence of the complainant. Mr. Jaiprakash R. Sahani,
Complainant is present and filed application dated 18.06.2021 for
permission to withdraw the complaint stating therein that the matter is
settled between the parties and complainant has received his money,
hence he does not want to proceed with the matter. Hence, following
order is passed. :
ORDER
(i) The application dated 18.06.2021 for
withdrawal of the complaint is allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of
the Criminal Procedure Code.
(iii) The accused is acquitted in view of the
compounding the offense.
(iv) Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on
demand only as per rules.
