ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH1
Perused the record. The complainant filed this application
for permission to withdraw the complaint stating therein that he and
the accused have settled this matter. He has received the entire amount
of dishonor cheque and nothing is due by the accused in this case.
Hence, following order is passed. :
ORDER
(i) The application for withdrawal of the
complaint is allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of
the Criminal Procedure Code.
(iii) The accused is acquitted in view of the
compounding the offense.
(iv) Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on
demand only as per rules.
