ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH1 ( READY FOR HEARING)
Perused the record. It appears that the case is for evidence
of the complainant. Authorized signatory of the Complainant Company
M/s.Unived Healthcare Products Pvt. Ltd. and accused are present.
They have filed applications dated 06.08.2019 for permission to
withdraw the complaint. Considering the application and request of the
complainant and accused, sufficient grounds are available for
