Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and
506 of Indian Penal Code. Perusal of complaint discloses vague and
general allegations against proposed accused. Dispute between parties
appears to be of civil nature. Inspite of sufficient opportunities,
complainant failed to argue the matter till today. It appears that
complainant has lost interest in the matter. So, matter needs to be
dismissed for want of prosecution. Hence, I pass the following order:
