Perused the record. The accused are chargesheeted for
the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 read with
Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. This court has received writ from
the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in Criminal Writ Petition (WP) No.
4909 of 2018 filed by the accused of present case and thereby the
Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has quashed C. C. No. 3506/PW/2018 is
arising out of C.R. No. 180/2017 (Oshiwara Police Station), by way of
order dated 27/07/2023. Hence, present proceeding is disposed of in
view of the order dated 27/07/2023 of Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in
Criminal Writ Petition (WP) No. 4909 of 2018. Proceeding is closed
accordingly.
