On 03.03.2020 the complainant and her advocate were
present. On that day, the complainant has filed withdrawal
application & she prayed to withdraw the matter as settlement is
arrived between her and respondents. By passing order on that
withdrawal application, said complaint was kept in Lok Nayalaya
dated 11.04.2020. But Lok Nayalaya has not held on 11.04.2020,
therefore said complaint is kept today for order. Today the advocate
for complainant present before the Court and he submitted that
order may be passed of withdrawal of complaint. Hence I pass
following order :
