FOR PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD
The applicant filed the present application. Applicant
is accused, against whom crime is registered with Amboli police
station for the offence P.U.S. 141, 143, 147, 149, 452, 323, 506,
407, 427 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code. Applicant/accused
submitted that, he is desired to go abroad i.e. at Germany,
Switzerland, France, United States of America, Netherland, Los
Angeles, Singapore, Belgium, China and Dubai for business
purpose From March 2019 till December 2019. He is ready to
abide by terms and conditions in respect of permission to go
abroad, if allowed. Hence, he prayed for permission to go
abroad.
2. Heard Ld. Advocate V. M. Nayak for accused. In
support of the application, applicant have filed his affidavit on
record. It is at (Exh.3 ). In support of his application applicant
have filed Copy of ISRI 2019 Schedule, Copy of BIR 2019 World
Recycling Convention and Exhibition Singapore / (19) 2022

on 21/02/2018 in Notice No. 229/N/2018. Investigation
Officer have filed his say and having strong objection, on the
ground that, there is every possibility of absconding of accused if
permission granted. It is at (Exh.4 ). After going through the
record, in my view the prosecution will not suffer any hardship,
if permission to go abroad to applicant/accused granted.
Therefore, in the interest of justice and for the reasons
mentioning application, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1 The application of applicant/accused viz.
Neerajkumar Parmeshwarlal Sharma, for permission
to go abroad, is hereby allowed on following
conditions.
a The applicant/accused is permitted to go abroad i.e.
at at Germany, Switzerland, France, United States of
America, Netherland, Los Angeles, Singapore,

Belgium, China and Dubai for business purpose From
March 2019 till December 2019, on surety bond of
`.15,000/ .
b The applicant/accused shall furnish his undertaking
that, he will remain present before court, on fixed
date.
c The applicant/accused shall furnish all the details of
his stay in abroad with his all details and also the
place and address alongwith phone numbers at which
he will stay in abroad to Investigation Officer.
d The applicant/accused shall submit verified copy of
his Passport and other relevant documents with the
Investigation Officer.
e On his returning the applicant/accused shall inform
the Investigation Officer, accordingly.
