ORDER ON APPLICATION FOR GIVING DIRECTION TO RESPONDENT
TO APPEAR OF AADHAR CENTER

The applicant who filed the petition under Section 12 of
the Domestic Violence Act, has moved this application for giving
direction to respondent no.1 to remain present at Aadhar Center for
getting the Aadhar Card for her minor child on the ground that such
Aadhar Card is necessary for her child admission in education institute.
According to the applicant, the respondent no.1 intentionally avoided to
extend his cooperation in this regard and therefore, this application
came to be filed.
2. The respondent no.1, denied the adverse allegation and
submitted that he is ready to cooperate the applicant for the said
purpose.
3. Having heard the learned advocates for both the sides, I
perused the record.
4. During the pendency of the case, the respondent no.1 filed
the undertaking that he would remain present at the Aadhar Center as
mentioned in the undertaking. The applicant has not objected the
undertaking. Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER
1 The application is allowed.
2 The respondent no.1 shall remain present at the Aadhar Center
which is proposed by the applicant and the applicant shall also
remain present there along with her minor child on the fixed
date.
3 The learned advocate for the applicant shall communicate the
schedule of the said meeting and the learned counsel for the
respondent no.1 shall ensure that the respondent no.1 extends his
cooperation for getting the Aadhar Card of the minor child.
4 Both the parties shall not raise any dispute while performing the
official duty regarding the preparation of Aadhar Card and report
the compliance to this Court as soon as the official work is
complete.
