ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH1
The applicant Smt. Afnan @ Haniya Bilal Patel is
present and filed application on dated 24.02.2021 for permission to
withdraw the application stating therein that the respondents and
applicant have amicably settled their disputes on the basis of Consent
Terms dated 24/02/2021. The respondent tendered the Demand Drafts
for Rs.12,00,000/ with the applicant towards settlement amount and
applicant acknowledged the same. Therefore, it is requested to
withdraw the present application on the basis of Consent Terms.
Considering the application of the applicant and Consent Terms filed on
record, sufficient grounds are available for permitting to the applicant
to withdraw the application. Hence, following order is passed
O R D E R
(1) The application of the applicant submitted on
dated 24.02.2021 for withdrawal of the main
application is allowed.
(2) The case is disposed off.
