I on solemn affirmation depose as under :
My Name : Suhas Janardhan Chowdhary
Age : 58 years Occupation : Retired Sr. P. I.
R/o. : Room No. 6, Santoshi Prasad Building, Vikas Society,
Dombivali West.
Exam.-in-chief by APP Mr. K. S. Jamdhade for the State:-
1. I was working as a duty P. I. with Sahar Police station on
18/12/2018. Crime No. 406/2018 was registered by WPSI Mrs. Savita
Thombare. I was handed over the work of investigation in the said
crime. I received the passports (Exh. 11 to 13), visa and air ticket of the
accused and his children. I conducted the investigation and filed
chargesheet on 26/12/2018. I can identify the accused. He is not
present before Court today.
Examination-in-chief is completed
Cross-examination by Learned Counsel Mr. Sanjay Tiwari for
accused:-
2. It is not true to say that the visa of the accused was
genuine. It is not true to say that I did not conduct proper
investigation. It is not true to say that I filed incorrect chargesheet.

No re-examination
