ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT NO.1 IN C.C. No. 5043/SS/2018
The authorized representative of the complainant company
has submitted that the matter is settled between the parties. Hence, the
complainant does not want to proceed with the matter and has filed the
withdrawal application(Exh. No. 16 )
In view of withdrawal application (Exh. No.16),
complainant is permitted to withdraw the case. Hence, following
