ORDER BELOW EXH. 01
Today is a Special Drive for old matters. Present complaint
is filed U/s. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It seems from the
record, the matter is already kept for dismissal order. Further, it seems
from the record, the matter is of the year 2018. The complainant had
filed his last application on 12/06/2019 for reissuance of summons
against the accused. Thereafter, the complainant has not taken any
effective steps to secure the presence of the accused. Further it seems
that the complainant is not keenly interested to proceed further. In such
circumstances, it would not be appropriate to keep the matter pending
unnecessary without any progress. In result I pass following order:-
ORDER
1. The case is dismissed vide Section 256 of Cr.P.C. and
accused is discharged.
2. Record and proceeding be sent to record room after
necessary compliance.
