Perused order passed below Exh.7. The complainant has
suo-moto withdrawn the complaint by filing withdrawal application
below Exh.7. Hence, complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn, and
accused are acquitted of the offence u/sec 138 of N. I. Act vide Sec. 257
of Code of Criminal Procedure. The matter having been withdrawn
