ORDER BELOW EXH1 IN C.C. NO. 2039/SS/2018
The matter is kept for dismissal as complainant and his
counsel are remaining absent. It appears that the complainant and his

case. No application on record. It appears that the complainant does not
want to proceed further. There is no inclination shown to prosecute
from the complainant side. Hence, the following order:

1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for want of
prosecution, as per the provisions of Section 256 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. The accused persons are hereby acquitted as per Section
256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
