1) The complaint is filed on 10.08.2018. Since 27.12.2018,
the complainant remained absent and failed to pay court fees and failed
to take steps. Hence, the case was kept for Dismissal in Default.
2) Today, matter is called out repeatedly, but the complainant
is absent. It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed
with the case. Hence, the case is dismissed in this Special Drive in
default for want of prosecution.
