Perused the record. It appears that the case is for
condonation of delay for filling the complaint. Complainant is present
and filed application dated 15.03.2021 for permission to withdraw the
complaint stating therein that the matter is amicably settled out of the
Court and complainant is not willing to proceed with the matter.
Therefore, prayed to withdraw the present complaint. Hence, following
order is passed. :
ORDER
(i) The application dated 15.03.2021 for
withdrawal of the complaint is allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of
the Criminal Procedure Code.
(iv) Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on
demand only as per rules.
