Examination-in-chief by the Ld. APP for State
On 21/09/2018 I was the SHO of Jogeshwari P.S. during
day. At about 1.00 in the noon informant Vachhala Gavali approached
the police station and reported that on 19/09/2018 at around 6.00 a.m.
while shw was alone at her home accused trespassed into her house
with knife into his hand and threatened to kill her grandson Amit on
account of quarrel between them which took place on the same day a
while before. I recorded her report vide 143/2018 for offences p/u/s.
452, 506 (ii) of IPC as per her say and obtained her signature. I had
put my own signature. Now it is shown to me. It bears her signature as
well as my signature. Contents are true and correct. FIR is marked at
Exh.10.
2. I myself investigated the crime. I visited spot mentioned
above which was at house of the informant. It is admitted by the
defence and marked at Exh.11. I recorded the statement of four
witnesses and concluded the investigation by filing charge-sheet before
the Court. Accused is present in the Court.

3. I deny that I did not record the statement of first informant
as per her say and also the statement of witnesses as per their say. I
deny that no such incident took place. I have not seized the knife

mentioned in the FIR. I admit that I did not record statement of Amit. I
deny that I have recorded FIR on the basis of false statement and
charge-sheet without any foundation. I deny that I have deposed false
against accused.
