ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH1
Perused the record. It appears that the case is for filing
evidence affidavit by the complainant. Adv. for complainant is present
and submitted for compounding the offence in terms of Consent Terms
filed on record. The matter is sent for mediation. Mediation report
dated 18/03/21 stating therein that the parties have settled their
dispute via mediation. Considering the aforesaid facts, sufficient
grounds are available for permission to compound the
offence/complaint. Hence, following order is passed :
ORDER
1. The prayer for compounding the offence/ complaint is allowed.
2. The complaint disposed off accordingly.
3. The accused are acquitted in view of the compounding the
offence.
4. Court fee stamps, if any, be refunded on demand only as
per rules.
