Perused the record. It appears that the case is filing
evidence affidavit. Mr. Shabbir Beguwala, authorized representative
Complainant United New Designs & Projects Pvt. Ltd. is present and
filed application dated 07.08.2019 for permission to withdraw the
complaint. Considering the application and request of the complainant,
sufficient grounds are available for permitting to the complainant to
withdraw the complaint. Hence, following order is passed :
ORDER
