The case came to be instituted for the offence under section 65 (E)
of Maharashtra Prohibition Act. The case is petty in nature. There is no
positive material against accused. Hence, keeping in view the petty nature
of this chapter proceeding, I am satisfied to stop this case under section
258 of Cr. P. C. Hence, I am satisfied to pass following order -
O R D E R
i The proceeding is stopped under section 258 of Cr. P. C.
ii Accused no.1 Ajay Subramaniyam Kaunder and accused
no.2 Milind Ratan Zhala are discharged in their absence from
the offence under section 65 (E) of Maharashtra Prohibition
Act.
iii Their bail bonds, if any, stands cancelled.
