JUDGMENT
Accused have filed application and voluntarily pleaded
guilty. The offences alleged against accused are P/U/Sec. 279,428
of IPC. Therefore, considering the nature of offence the plea of
accused is accepted and I proceed to pass the following order:
O R D E R
1) Accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.279 of IPC
as per sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.1000/ (Rs. One Thousand Only) in default to suffer simple
imprisonment for five days.
2) Accused is convicted for the offence P/U/Sec.428 of IPC
as per sec.252 of Cr.P.C and he is sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.1000/(Rs. One Thousand Only) in default to suffer simple
imprisonment for five days.
