In purview of above referred directions, the case is taken on today’s
board for Special Drive. The case came to be instituted for the offence
under section 142 of of Mumbai Police Act, 1951. The case is petty in
nature. There is no positive material against accused. Hence, keeping in
view the petty nature of this chapter proceeding, I am satisfied to stop
this case under section 258 of Cr. P. C. Hence, I am satisfied to pass
following order -
O R D E R
i The proceeding is stopped under section 258 of Cr. P. C.
ii Accused namely Murgan Krushna Devendra @ Siya is
discharged in his absence from the offence under section 142
of Mumbai Police Act, 1951.
iii His bail bond, if any, stands cancelled.
