ORDER BELOW EXH01
The matter was sent for mediation and the mediator has
sent report along with the consent terms. The mediation report is at
Exh12 and the consent terms are at Exh.13. It appears that parties
have agreed for settlement and they have signed so and attested their
signatures before the mediator. Parties have been issued notice for
recording settlement today and all of them are present before me.
Applicant and his Counsel present. Respondent and his Counsel present.
They have not stated that the agreement as executed between them is
collusive. Since, the settlement disposes of all the issues between the
parties. Hence, as per provision of Rule 25(3) of the Mediation Rules
2006, this court passes the following order, as under:
ORDER
1. The matter is disposed off, as settled in mediation.
2. Decree be drawn in accordance with settlement, so recorded vide
Exh.13.
