The present complaint is filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. It seems from the record that the matter is pending for report of NBW. It seems from the record that the NBW was lastly issued on 15/10/2024 and thereafter the complainant had filed an application to issue show cause to the concerned police as the concerned police did not filed the report of NBW and the show cause was issued to the concerned police. Today  the complainant and his advocate are absent. No application has filed. Matter is of the year 2018.
	It seem that the documents are exhibited and no-cross order came to  be passed against the accused as he did not conduct the cross-examination of the complainant. Therefore it is hereby directed to complainant to take steps to proceed with the matter.
