Perused the record. It appears that the case is for recording
plea of the accused. Authorized Signatory Mr. Milind Sawant, Assistant
Manager of the Complainant company M/s. Universal Currency
Exchange(I) Pvt. Ltd. is present and filed application dated 23.12.2020
for permission to withdraw the complaint stating therein that the
complaint has been settled out of Court and therefore the complainant
do not want to proceed with the matter. Hence, following order is
passed :
ORDER
(i) The application dated 23.12.2020 for
withdrawal of the complaint is allowed.
(ii) The complaint is hereby permitted to be
withdrawn as disposed of as per section 257 of
the Criminal Procedure Code.
(iii) The accused is acquitted in view of the
compounding the offense.
