ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1. The applicant submitted that she was born in the year
1976. It is further submitted by the applicant that due to
inadvertence, her parents could not report the birth of child to the
concerned authority. There is delay of more than 40 years and
therefore, she is seeking directions to the concern authority that they
shall register the entry of her birth.
2. Notice is served to Ward Officer, K/E Ward, Andheri(E),
Mumbai. They submitted that the applicant failed to file necessary
documents before them and therefore, they could not register the
entry of birth of the same.
3. The applicant has produced affidavits, xerox copy of school
leaving certificate, affidavits of two other witnesses etc in that
respect. I do not find any reason to reject the application. Hence in
the interest of justice, I proceed to pass following order:
O R D E R
1. The application is allowed.
2. Respondent/Non applicant is directed to register Birth
entry of Ravinderkaur Tarsemsingh Rait who is born to Tarsemsingh
Rait & Manjit Kaur Rait on 31.12.1976 at home at Sardar chawl,
Room No.13, Bamanpuri, Andheri (E), Mumbai, as per rules.

3. The applicant to pay charges/fees, as per law to the
concern Authority.
4. The applicant shall not misuse this order in any manner.
