Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offences punishable under sections 323, 504, 506, 114 of Indian Penal
Code. Perusal of complaint discloses vague and general allegations
against proposed accused. Complainant failed to avail herself for
verification till today. Absence of complainant shows that she is not
interested to proceed with the matter. Considering vague and general
allegations in the complaint, I find no sufficient grounds for proceeding
further against the proposed accused. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order:
