Order
1 - Accused is convicted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act Vide Sec. 255 (2) of the Cr. P. C. and is Sentence to Suffer rigorous imprisonment for two months.
2. The accused is further directed to pay fine amount of Rs. 9,50,546/- within month from today to the complainant as compensation, in default of payment of compensation, he shall suffer simple imprisonment for one months.
3 - If the compensation amount will be deposited, the whole amount be paid to the complainant after the lapse of appeal period.
4 - He Shall surrender his bail bonds.
