Read the complaint and all documents filed in support of complaint.
Perused the main allegations to the complaint. From the record it can be seen
that main allegation that accused persons is about the cheating with the
complainant. If allegations of the complaint are considered alongwith the
produced documents, it can be seen that allegations of the complaint is well
supported by the affidavit. Information filed by the complainant shows that
offences are cognizable and nonbailable. I have gone through the
observation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court matter of the Lalit Kumari V/s.
Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors., (2014) 1 S.C.C. (Cri.) 524. If the fact of
the case is considered, it is my considered view that allegation of the case of
the complaint filed before the Court, it's investigation is very necessary
through the police machinery, therefore I find it is a fit case to pass
appropriate order directing the investigation U/s. 156 (3) of Cr.P.C.
Therefore, Concerned Senior Police Station Officer is hereby directed to make
investigation of the complaint U/s. 156 (3) Cr. P.C. for the offence punishable
under Section 420 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code and file its report within a
stipulated time.
