ORDER BELOW EXH - 1
Complainant and Ld. Advocate for complainant are absent
when called out. The present matter is more than 5 years old. No
application is on record. On perusal of record, it appears that, the matter
is not attended by the complainant since long, hence by the order dated
20/03/2024 the matter was kept for dismissal order. Inspite of that, no
effective steps are taken by the complainant, which shows that
complainant is not interested in proceeding with the present case. Hence,
matter is dismissed due to absence of complainant by invoking powers
u/Sec. 256 of Criminal Procedure Code.
The accused are hereby released/discharged from the case
and his bail bonds stands cancelled/cash security amount deposited by the
accused, if any, is forfeited and credited to the Government.
