Ample chances are given to prosecution, but prosecution failed to
secure presence of accused till today. Case is old one i.e. 2018. In this
case, prosecution failed to secure presence of accused till today. Hence,
no purpose would be served to keep matter pending on file. Therefore,
proceeding is stopped U/s. 258 of Cr. P. C.
