ORDER
The accused is present. He voluntarily pleaded guilty by filing
application. I have heard the accused. The accused is voluntarily pleading
guilt. Hence, I accept the same. Heard the accused on the point of sentence.
They prayed for leniency. Considering the nature of offence and submissions
of the accused, I pass the following order:
ORDER
1. The accused is convicted of the offence punishable under
Section 279 of the IPC vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a
fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default the accused to
suffer simple imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
2. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section 337
of the IPC vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of
Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
3. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section 504
of the IPC vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.
1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
4. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section 506
of the IPC vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of
Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) in default the accused
to suffer simple imprisonment of 1 (one) month.

5. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section 186
of the IPC vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of
Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in default the accused to suffer simple
imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
6. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section 184
of the MV Act vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of
Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default the accused to suffer
simple imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
7. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section 129
of the MV Act vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay a fine of
Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default the accused to suffer
simple imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
8. He is also convicted of the offence punishable under Section
134(a)(b) of the MV Act vide Section 252 of the Cr.P.C. and sentenced to pay
a fine of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in default the accused to suffer
simple imprisonment of 1 (one) month.
9. Copy of the order be given free of cost to the accused.
