This is the case filed under Section 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,
22, 23 and 24 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
The applicant appeared before this Court with her advocate and filed
the application for withdraw the matter stating that the matter is
amicably settled between both the parties through mutual consent
divorce before the Family Court. The applicant further submits that she
does not want to proceed further with this matter. Thus, it appears
that, the matter is amicably settled between both the parties. Hence, I
proceed to pass the following order:
