ORDER BELOW EXH1 IN C.C. NO.2565/SS/2018
The matter is kept for dismissal as complainant/
representative of complainant organization i.e. the Labour Officer is
not taking the steps since long. Many opportunities are given to the
complainant/Labour Officer, who also attended the meeting regarding
taking the steps in all the Labour Department cases, but till today no
steps are taken in this case. Hence, the following order:
: O R D E R :
1. The complaint is hereby dismissed for want of
prosecution, as per the provisions of Section 256 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. The accused persons are hereby acquitted as per Section
256 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. Bail bonds of the accused stand cancelled, if any.
