Perused the record and proceeding. None is present when
called for. Present complaint is filed against proposed accused for the
offences punishable under sections 408, 420 of Indian Penal Code. By
this complaint, complainant is requesting direction under section
156(3) of Cr.P.C.. Complainant and his Ld. Advocate absent since long.
Prima facie dispute appears to be of civil nature. Complainant failed to
argue the matter till today. Complainant can take recourse of civil
remedies for recovery of amount if he advised so. Considering vague
and general allegations in the complaint, I find no sufficient grounds to
proceed further in the matter. Hence, direction as sought cannot be
issued. Hence, I proceed to pass following order:
