Perused the complaint, documents on record, verification of
the complainant. Primafacie it appears that there are sufficient
grounds to proceed against the accused for the offences punishable
U/Sec.323, 351, 504 & 506 of IPC. There are no sufficient grounds to
proceed against the accused for the offence punishable U/Sec.325 of
IPC. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
Process be issued against the accused as per Sec.204 of
Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable U/Sec.323, 351, 504 & 506 of IPC.
Case be registered as Summary Case.
