ORDER BELOW (EXH.1 )
Read the complaint, affidavit, documents filed
alongwith it. Heard Ld. Counsel Sharda Singh for complainant,
at length.
2. Ld. Counsel for complainant argued that, accused
have make levied remark against complainant No. 1, abused her
and assaulted her and complainant No. 2. She further argued
that, all the accused in furtherance of their common intention
have outraged modesty of complainant No. 1, when the said fact
informed to the concern police station, concern police registered
N.C. She further argued that, act of all the accused is cognizable
offence, therefore, prayed for investigation in view of 156 (3) of
Criminal Procedure Code.
3. If considered submission made by the Ld. Counsel
for complainant and documents placed on record, allegations
levelled against the accused, disclosed commission of cognizable
offence. Therefore, investigation in that regard is required to be
ordered, hence, the Sr. P. I. of Sakinaka police station is hereby
directed to register F.I.R. against the accused, investigate the

case in view of section 156 (3) of Criminal Procedure Code
and submit its report. Hence, following order.
O R D E R
1 Sr. P.I. of Sakinaka police station is hereby directed to
register F.I.R., investigate the offence U/Sec. 156 (3) of
Criminal Procedure Code and submit the report within one
month from today.
2 The application is treated, as miscellaneous application
and it is finally disposed off.
