1. The instant application is filed by accused and
informant for seeking permission to compound the matter.
Perused the application. Heard the informant and learned
advocate for the accused. Also perused the charge-sheet.
2. The offences levelled against the accused under
sections 504 is compoundable and section 325, 323, is
compoundable with permission of the Court. In view of the
amicable settlement of dispute between the parties, the application
of compounding the offence under section 325, 323, 504, 34 of the
Indian Penal Code. is granted. In view of aforesaid, following
order is passed:-
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.
2. Further order is passed below Exhibit-01.
