present before the Court. Learned Advocate for the aggrieved person has
moved an application vide Exh-32 for seeking permission to withdraw
the matter.
2. The aggrieved person who is present on Video Conference
has stated before the Court that her Advocate has filed this application
for withdrawing the main petition along with the interim applications as
per her instructions. She is currently in Kuwait and she doesn’t want to
proceed with the matter. Thus, she prayed that she be permitted to
withdraw the matter as mentioned in the application.
3. In view of the aforesaid contention the application is
allowed. Further order is passed below Exh-1.
