ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD
1. This is an application of the applicant/accused Shaista
Wahid Ali Khan for the permission to go abroad i.e. Athens, Greece
and Dubai, UAE between 08.05.2026 to 18.05.2026 for business
purpose. Applicant/accused submitted that she is ready to abide by
all the conditions which may be imposed by this court.
2. The learned APP filed his say and objected the
application by submitting therein that if, the permission is given,
there is possibility of absconding accused. I have gone through the
record. The accused is charge-sheeted for the offence punishable
under Sections 374 of the Indian Penal Code (C. C. No.
2791/PS/2018 of Oshiwara Police Station). The accused is ready to
abide by all the conditions. Considering the nature of offence and
facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that no
prejudice would be caused to the prosecution, if permission is
granted to the accused to go abroad by imposing necessary
conditions. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1. The application is allowed.
2. The applicant/accused Shaista Wahid Ali Khan hereby
permitted to go abroad i.e. Athens, Greece and Dubai, UAE between

08.05.2026 to 18.05.2026 for business purpose, subject to following
conditions :-
(i) The accused shall attend the Court on every date after
returning to India.
(ii) The learned advocate of the accused shall conduct the
case in the absence of the accused without fail.
