ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO GO ABROAD
1. This is an application of the applicant/accused no. 1 Zuber
Sadeeq Mohammed Shaikh for the permission to go abroad i.e. Saudi Arabia
for the period of one year i.e. from 18/02/2024 to 18/01/2025.
Applicant/accused submitted that he is ready to abide by all the conditions
which may be imposed by this court.
2. The learned APP filed her say and submitted that order may be
passed for limited period subject to condition. I have gone through the
record. The accused is chargesheeted with other accused for the offences
punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323 and 506 (II) read with Section 34
of the Indian Penal Code (C.C.No. 2812/PW/2018 of Meghwadi Police
Station). The accused is ready to abide by all the conditions. Considering
the nature of offences and facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the
view that no prejudice would be caused to the prosecution, if permission is
granted to the accused to go abroad by imposing necessary conditions.
Hence, the order.
ORDER
1. The application is partly allowed.
2. The applicant/accused no. 1 Zuber Sadeeq Mohammed Shaikh
is hereby permitted to go abroad i.e. Saudi Arabia for the period of one
month from the date of this order subject to following conditions :
(i) The accused shall attend the Court on every date after
returning to India. Sd/
