Matter is taken up in today’s special drive. Today also
applicant and advocate are absent. Perusal of roznama and record
shows that matter is pending for securing presence of respondent by
serving notice since long. Till date no effective steps are taken by the
applicant, despite several opportunities. This conduct of the applicant
itself is sufficient to show it’s loss of interest and total disregard. In
these circumstances, there is no alternative than to dismiss the matter.
Hence, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Proceeding
