That from 01.02.2018 at about 01.05 hours, at Shri Ram
Bhavan Restaurant & Bar, Parsi Panchayat road, Andheri East,
Mumbai, you accused abetted for doing obscene act or song in
above place that such an act or singing or reciting or uttering was
obscene and that it caused annoyance to others and thereby
committed an offence punishable U/Sec.114 r/w Sec.294 of the
Indian Penal Code.
And within my cognizance.
PLEA OF THE ACCUSED.

JUDGMENT
Accused has filed application and voluntarily pleaded
guilty. The offence alleged against accused is U/Sec.114 r/w
Sec.294 of the IPC. Therefore, considering the nature of offence
the plea of accused is accepted and I proceed to pass the following
order:
O R D E R
1) The accused is convicted for the offence Punishable
U/Sec.114 r/w Sec.294 of the IPC as per Sec. 252 of Cr.P.C and he
is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.7,000/ (Rs. Seven Thousand Only)
in default to suffer simple imprisonment for five days.
2) Trial will be continued against other accused.
