ORDER BELOW EXH.1 IN RESPECT OF COMPOUNDING THE
OFFENCE.
Today matter is kept before National/Mahalok Adalat. The
complainant is present before the Mahalok Adlat. The Complainant
wants to compound the matter, therefore, permission is granted and
I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Accused is acquitted for the offence punishable under
sections 324 of IPC vide U/Sec. 320(8) of Cr.P.C.
