1. Accused Smt. Shubhada Pradeep Apte, Age Adult, is convicted under Section 255 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to suffer simple Imprisonment for six months.
