Perused the record. The accused is chargesheeted for the
offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal
Code. This court has received writ from the Hon'ble High Court,
Bombay in Criminal Application (APL) No. 859 of 2023 filed by the
accused of present case and thereby the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay
has quashed C.C.No. 2657/PW/2018 is arising out of C.R.No. 69/2015
(Oshiwara Police Station), by way of order dated 31/07/2023. Hence,
present proceeding is disposed of in view of the order dated
31/07/2023 of Hon'ble High Court, Bombay in Criminal Application
(APL) No. 859 of 2023. Proceeding is closed accordingly.
