ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT NO. 36
The complainant has forwarded present application with a prayer to
allow him to produce the postal receipt on record and allow him to file
additional evidence to that regard.
2. It is submitted by the complainant that the original postal receipts
were not filed at the time of filing of evidence affidavit and now he wants to
file original postal receipts on record. To prove these postal receipts, he
wants to file his additional evidence affidavit. Therefore, prayed to allow the
application.
3. I have called the say of the accused but accused did not file his say and
therefore no say order came to be passed.
4. Heard. Perused the application and record.
5. Present complaint is filed U/s. 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. By
way of present application, complainant prayed to allow him to produce the
postal receipt and additional evidence affidavit. I have perused the record
and it seems that the matter is posted for further evidence of the
complainant. The complainant wants to file original postal receipts and the
additional evidence affidavit. No prejudice would cause to the accused.
Hence, application needs to be allowed. Hence, I pass following order:-
ORDER
1. Application is allowed.

2. Permission is granted to produce the original postal receipts and
to file additional evidence affidavit to that regard.
