The chargesheet is filed against accused Pratapchandra
Niranjan Pradhan for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337
of the Indian Penal Code r/w. Section 134 (A) (B) of the Motor Vehicle
Act. However, the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, pleased
to quash and setaside the said case under Section 482 of Criminal
Procedure Code by an order in Writ Petition No. 1977 of 2021 decided
on dated 22nd September, 2022. Hence, the case is hereby disposed off
as closed.
