ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Perused record and proceeding. The matter is taken on today’s
board on court motion. Present petition is filed for the various reliefs as per
the provisions of The Protection of Women From the Domestic Violence.
Present matter is posted on 22/06/2021 as per CIS. In view of order passed
by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in Writ Petition No. 595 of 2021 Vanisha
Vincent Rodrigues v/s. Jyoti Vincent Rodrigues & Anr. on dated 20/04/2021,
the present matter is quashed against respondent no.2 only. Photo copy of
said order is available on record at Exh.34. Therefore, petition needs to be
disposed off in view of above order of Hon’ble Bombay High Court against
respondent no.2 only. Hence, I proceed to pass following order:
O R D E R
1. Petition stands disposed off against respondent no.2 Vanisha Vincent
Rodrgiues only in view of order of Hon’ble Bombay High Court passed
in Writ Petition No.595 of 2021 on dated 20/04/2021.
2. Petition to proceed further against other respondent.
